The morning of your brand quickie we meet over zoom and build out a creative direction. At this stage you can let us know what you were creatively drawn to and we can compare it with our knowledge and suggestions to settle on the perfect brand suite.

From the brand selections, we then build you out a brand board and logos and send over for review by lunch. This gives you time to review the logos and gives you a chance to ask for a revision if needed. After lunch we develop your brand strategy, and put together your brand usage and guideline document which is delivered by end of day.

While you’ll be booking the full day on the calendar, you only need to be available for a 60 minute call the morning of and to provide feedback throughout the day.
This is your chance to give us a quick synopsis of your business so we can start getting super excited about working with you.
Please Note: when you book your VIP day using this form, we require a $500 deposit and the remaining $500 will be due on the day of the service.
how is this done so fast?
On average it takes 2-6 months (or even longer) for a great brand strategy and visual identity, so you may be wondering how it is that we do it in one day. After working on a ton of custom projects, we've learned what actually moves the needle for new businesses when it comes to great branding. We've taken our eye for great aesthetics combined with our passion for psychology and strategy and distilled this down to the most essential pieces. We've curated colors, fonts, and logos and continue to innovate and add to our collections so that each brand is unique in it's on way.
As a client of ours we share creative harmony. Our clients like our design style and come to us knowing what to expect from our style and expertise. As a team at KAVI we have ironed out a system that is streamlined and fun, giving us the ability to to deliver excellence quickly.
CAN I REQUEST REVISIONS?
ABSOLUTELY!!
We will request your feedback and revisions each step of the way. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied and excited about your new branding. You will get one round of revisions for each part of the process, and any further revision requests will be an additional cost of $250 (or $500 for logos).
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BRAND QUICKIE & BRAND SPRINT?
The main difference between the Brand Quickie and Brand Sprint is that the Quickie is semi-custom and the Sprint is custom. The Brand Quickie takes 1 day and is ideal for newer businesses or someone looking for a quick brand refresh. The Brand Sprint takes one week and includes in depth brand strategy and custom visual identity. The Brand Sprint was created specifically for businesses looking for a custom experience and a clear strategy to take their brand to the next level.

WILL MY BRAND LOOK LIKE SOMEONE ELSE'S?
Absolutely not! While we have curated collections and it is possible someone may have similar colors or fonts, we make sure that each brand that we create is exceptionally unique. We guide you to make decisions for your branding that align with your values and goals - which are likely very different from other brands we work with.
We also make sure to constantly update our curated collections so that all of our brand components are fresh and unique.
